Returns

If your HOADIN product does not meet your satisfaction, please contact us within 10 days of receipt to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label. We accept returns if the product has been unused and unworn and received within 20 days of RMA issue.   *Gift cards are not refundable.*

How to return a product:

1.)  Print your RMA # on your packing slip and return with the item. 

2.)  Carefully repackage item with all tags, packing slip and Hoadin muslin bag or any other original packaging.

3.)  Cover or remove original mailing address labels or carrier barcodes from the package, if any.

Please allow 10 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once processing is completed. You will be refunded the amount paid for the returned product and any applicable taxes.
