Our Eco Commitment

Hoadin is committed to being an eco-friendly company. Here's how we put our eco commitment into action:

1.) We believe in quality craftsmanship with the best, eco-friendly and animal-friendly materials, limiting any negative impact on the environment. Our production is done in the U.S. to support American jobs and reduce the carbon footprint.

2.) Our packaging is reusable, made from recycled materials and/or is recyclable. 

3.) We stand by our products so if need be, we'll repair it for free.*  Please contact us to let us know you are sending in an item for repair. When we receive the Hoadin product needing repair and we will assess, repair and return as quickly as possible - usually within 2 weeks from when we receive it. We want to help with Combatting The Waste Crisis.

* We work hard to make sure our products are well crafted down to the last detail. But if there is an issue that keeps you from using your Hoadin product (ex. loose stitching, buckle issue, etc.), contact us for a free repair. Now, if Sparky revolts and chews his way out of his harness or plays tug-o-war with his leash at the dog park, he should be grounded and pay our $15 repair fee out of his allowance. (Fee includes return shipping.)
